IPL, or Intense Pulsed Light, uses targeted light energy to improve  the appearance of sun damage, brown spots, redness, and uneven-looking  skin tone.

It's one of our favourite treatments when pigmentation has started  becoming more noticeable, but timing matters. Because IPL targets  pigment, sun exposure and tanning need to be carefully managed before  and after treatment.
